Choose up to five personal commitments that genuinely matter to you. They can be anything — fitness, sleep, nutrition, mindfulness, productivity. The key is specificity: not 'exercise more' but 'complete a 30-minute workout'. You can also set custom evidence criteria so the AI knows exactly what proof to expect.

Step 02

Submit evidence every day

Before 11:59pm each day, upload proof that you kept your commandment. This could be a screenshot from a fitness app, a photo of your meal log, a Strava activity, or any document that shows you did the thing. The evidence window resets at midnight.

  • Screenshots from apps (Strava, Apple Health, Headspace) work perfectly
  • Photos, PDFs, and documents are all supported
  • You can submit evidence for multiple commandments in one session
  • Late submissions (after 11:59pm) count as a miss for that day

Earn back your stake (optional)

Depositing money is entirely optional, but it works. Add any amount to your escrow wallet. Each time you successfully complete a commandment, you claw back your proportional share. Miss one? You have a 5-day reclaim window. After that, 97.5% goes to your chosen charity.
